A so-called verification is underway before the new manufacturer begins production.
This means checking the manufacturer – manufacturing capacity, business history and supplier morals.
We choose the supplier based on its own profile, so logically we have to compare its claims with reality.
Because distance does not allow us to personally inspect all manufacturers and determine their quantifiable parameters, we deal with them with our partner foreign partners specializing in audits and certifications. Firstly, the manufacturer will examine, for example, the commercial register, as well as the debtors’ register, and then will personally visit offices and production facilities. The controllers summarize their work in a report. Depending on the number of verified parameters, the report can range from several pages to dozens of pages.
Based on this information, we can offer a proven manufacturer we stand behind. If we use a supplier with which we have already collaborated or cooperated, this is not necessary.
